in this world of pollution, chaos and all sob stories, the one thing that we all need to take care of all the time is our health! once your health goes, everything else really becomes zero.

besides going hiking and cycling for the past couple of weeks, we also had a blast at mr.a-z's concert last wednesday! that was another workout session for us 'cos the a/c at the stadium wasn't working and everyone was seriously sweating like piglets! if you aren't already his fan, well, it's time to really consider being one!
